Founded by Sharon, whose personal journey with skincare began in her younger years, Haus of Luxe is rooted in both expertise and empathy. What began as a struggle to understand her own skin has evolved into a passion for guiding others through theirs. Sharon’s dedication to advanced esthetics and her deep appreciation for self-care inspired the creation of a studio where results meet refinement, and where every treatment is delivered with artistry, knowledge, and care.

Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. At Haus of Luxe, each service is thoughtfully prepared and scheduled to provide an elevated, personalized experience. To respect both our time and the availability of other clients, the following policies apply to all appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
A new appointment may not be booked until any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees have been paid.
Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens. A 10-minute grace period is provided whenever possible.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client's appointment. If there is not enough time to safely and properly perform your service, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply.
Deposits
Certain services, packages, or extended appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Deposits are non-refundable for appointments cancelled outside of the required notice period. With proper notice, eligible deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Packages & Prepaid Services
Appointments booked using a package or prepaid service are still subject to the cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the scheduled session being deducted from the package.
Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at Haus of Luxe's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
By booking an appointment with Haus of Luxe, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and booking policy.
